Within the framework of compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, included in Organic Act 15/1999, dated the 13th of December on the Protection of Personal Data, whose objective is the guarantee and protection in the treatment of personal data, freedom and essential rights of persons, and specially of honour and personal intimacy, LOS ALFACARES informs its users of the adoption of the technical and organisation measures in compliance with that laid down in the current legislation.

The confidentiality of the data referred to the user enquiries is guaranteed, both by LOS ALFACARES and any entity intervening in the agreement, with the purpose and finality of the same. If the user does not allow the use of his/her data, the enquiries and reserve requests may not be carried out.
