We are a family business that has grown over the past 40 years. Our first steps in the real estate world were small purchase-sale operations of residential homes in the Autonomous Community of Madrid. After a few years we started our own developments in the provinces of Seville and Cadiz to definitely establish our main urban development area in the province of Malaga, especially in the Axarquía area.

We have been carrying out second homes projects for foreigners in this area for 20 years. It is precisely in this area where the largest number of the projects we have developed until now is located. This is the Laguna Beach Development, located in Torrox-Costa, where we have built about 1,300 apartments and a large area with sports and business services.

Needless to say quality of life is our main objective. All our developments have the starting point of a new approach to housing developments and urban development which merges low density of houses and the presence of green areas and sports services. We are pioneers in the Eastern Costa del Sol.

We currently have four projects in construction (three of them on the Costa del Sol and one of them in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz) where we will build apartments, semidetached and detached houses. Our intention is to be able to provide a wide range of possibilities for our clients to find the home of their dreams in our home projects in the best climate in Europe.
